Coastal Host Cleaning started as an individual with a passion to help others and keep client's homes clean for them and their families and the owner grew her clientele over 14 years as a side job. My name is Christie I am the owner of Coastal Host Cleaning.  I am a Knoxville Tennessee native. 

 

I started in Knoxville, TN as a small business then covid hit the US. It affected everyone from small businesses to large corporations Coastal Host Cleaning was included.

Our little family made a BIG change at the end of 2020 and moved and this business to Panama City Beach, FL.  We have not looked back since. We absolutely love this area and the people. I work very hard for my clients to ensure properties are managed properly and very clean and tidy. I take precautions to ensure safety for all our clients and  my staff during this pandemic. 

We have implemented extra time and attention to high traffic touchpoints in each property due to covid. All linens are taken off the property in between cleaning to ensure proper wash with high temps and care are taken with all linens. Each property has its own assigned linen bags so there is never any cross-contamination. 

Each property is inspected before the property is released for the next guest check-in either by owner or head housekeeper. Our cleaning hours are from 8am - 4pm. We do not clean on New Years Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day to ensure our staff gets to spend time with there families.

Our service area is Panama City Beach Florida. We work with property owners and investors and real estate agents that own there own vacation rentals. We have done a price analysis in the area to be competitive with our pricing. Our quality of service is top-notch. We do way more than the standard cleaning. We offer extra services for each of our clients that most cleaning companies do not.
