75 % of vacation rental cleaning companies will charge a pet cleaning fee in a vacation rental condo or beach home. If they don't then I would question how well they will clean it. Our rate is $35-$65 based on the size of the unit.
This rate is in addtl to the cleaning fee. These fees are mentioned at first meeting with potential clients.
Other companies in said area charge pet fees — usually between $25 up to $100 for pet cleanup and all the extra linens to be washed, throw blankets, throw pillows, changing of mattresses pads etc
Not every potential client and cleaning company are a good fit
